A man living in suburban Salt Lake City opens a new store while managing his responsibilities towards his three wives, ultimately reuniting with his polygamist parents and facing societal and legal scrutiny for his polygamous lifestyle in a show that explores religion, familial bonds, and the complexities of polygamy. Big Love is a 2019 American English-language television series starring Bill Paxton, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Chlo Sevigny, Ginnifer Goodwin, Amanda Seyfried, Douglas Smith and Harry Dean Stanton. Anima Sola Productions in association with Playtone and HBO. were the production houses involved in the project. Series originally aired on HBO. Warner Bros. Television acquired the distribution rights for the show. Creators of the series include Mark V. Olsen and Will Scheffer.
