Superintendent of Police Arun, known for his hard work and honesty, is wrongly accused of the murder of the Chief Minister he was assigned to protect, forcing him to prove his innocence and find the real culprit amid a web of betrayal, corruption, and deception. Bokadia. B. M. B. Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Zulm-O-Sitam was released on 19th September 1998 and takes a screen time of 130 minutes. Zulm-O-Sitam was made on a budget of ₹2 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹1 crore. Cinematography was done by Peter Pereira and editing by D. N. Malik and Shyam Mukherjee.
