Nadiadwala Theatre Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Sajid Nadiadwala, and Kamlesh Chugh. Zulm Ki Hukumat is written by Dilip Sen, Sameer Sen, Faiz-saleem and Anees Bazmee and it is directed by Bharat Rangachary. Star India acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Zulm Ki Hukumat was released on 17th July 1992. Cinematography was done by Nirmal Jani and editing by Deepak Wirkud, and M. D. Worlikar. The music was composed by Dilip Sen along with Sameer Sen and Dilip Sen-sameer Sen.
