Zabak

A young man named Hajji falls in love with Princess Zainab, but faces disapproval from his father and is punished by being shaved and whipped, leading to his fathers suicide and his expulsion from the city; he later becomes involved with a group of dacoits, saves a merchants daughter, and ultimately restores justice, marrying Princess Zainab. Zabak is a 1962 Indian Urdu-language Action Adventure film starring Shyama, Achala Sachdev, Manhar Desai, Mahipal Singh, Manher Desai, Sahira and Bhomiya. Basant Studios was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Wadia Brothers Production. Zabak is written by Cavish and directed by Homi Wadia. Zabak was released on 1st January 1961 and takes a screen time of 156 min. The screenplay for the movie was written by JBH Wadia. Cinematography was done by Anant Wadadeker and editing by Kamlakar.
