Ying hung boon sik II

After Sung Tse-ho agrees to spy on his former boss, Lung Sei, he discovers that his brother is undercover as well, and together they help Lung escape to New York, but their mission becomes more complicated when Lungs mental state deteriorates and they face threats from assassins and mobsters, ultimately returning to Hong Kong to take down Lungs usurper, experiencing tragedy along the way but ultimately being spared by the police leader due to their efforts.
