ARY Films acquired the distribution rights for the film. Wrong No. was released on 18th July 2015 and takes a screen time of 127 Minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Wrong No. was made on a budget of ₹4 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹30 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Yasir Nawaz and Mohsin Ali.
