A burglar falls for an heiress as she dies in his arms. When he learns that he has the gift of reincarnation, he sets out to save her. Winter’s Tale is a 2014 American English-language Drama Fantasy film featuring Colin Farrell, Jessica Brown Findlay, Jennifer Connelly, William Hurt, Eva Marie Saint, Russell Crowe and Lewis Welt. The movie is inspired from Winter s Tale by Mark Helprin. Weed Road Pictures in association with Marc Platt Productions. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Akiva Goldsman, Michael Tadross, Marc Platt, Marc E. Platt and Tony Allard. Winter’s Tale is written by Akiva Goldsman and Mark Helprin and it is directed by Akiva Goldsman. Warner Bros. Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Winter’s Tale was released on 13th February 2014 and takes a screen time of 118 minutes. Winter’s Tale was made on a budget of $60 million and at the box office it grossed only $30 million. Cinematography was done by Caleb Deschanel and editing by Wayne Wahrman and Tim Squyres. The music was composed by Rupert Gregson-williams along with Hans Zimmer.
