Nicholas Cartoon Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Fred Engel and Walter Seltzer. Will Penny is written by Tom Gries and John Martin and it is directed by Tom Gries and Brian Faull. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie.
