A spoiled girl from Malibu is sent to a boarding school in England to change her ways, becomes friends with her roommates, falls in love with the headmistresss son, discovers her talent for lacrosse, faces a misunderstanding caused by fake emails, saves a fellow student from a fire, reconciles with her father, and invites her roommates to a pool party, ultimately growing and changing. Wild Child is a 2008 English-language Comedy Drama movie featuring Emma Roberts, Natasha Richardson, Shirley Henderson, Alex Pettyfer, Aidan Quinn, Lexi Ainsworth and Stephen Wu. StudioCanal in association with Relativity Media and Working Title Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Tim Bevan, Eric Fellner and Diana Phillips. Wild Child is written by Lucy Dahl and directed by Nick Moore. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Wild Child was released on 27th November 2008 and takes a screen time of 98 minutes. Wild Child was made on a budget of $20 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $21 million. Cinematography was done by Chris Seager and editing by Simon Cozens. The music was composed by Michael Price.
