Del works at his fathers gym in LA, receives a call from his imprisoned father about hidden money in a frat house, and pretends to be a fire inspector to retrieve it, but is caught, joins the KAX fraternity, steals the money, and after everyone chases after it, everyone ultimately gets some cash, and the KAX fraternity helps to renovate the gym and start doing genuine charity work.
