A young Mumbai girls dream of becoming a filmmaker is put to the test when she is unexpectedly tasked with directing a wedding in a small village, leading to confusion and chaos during the preparations, while exploring the differences in relationship perceptions between big cities and small towns. Wedding Cha Shinema is a 2019 Indian Marathi-language Comedy Drama motion picture featuring Mukta Barve, Bhalchandra Kadam, Shivaji Satam, Shivraj Waichal, Rucha Inamdar, Ashwini Kalsekar and Rukmini Sutar. Gerua Productions and PESB was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Saleel Kulkarni. The motion picture is written and directed by Saleel Kulkarni. Everest Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the film. Wedding Cha Shinema was released on 12th April 2019 and takes a screen time of 137 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by Nihar Shantanu Bhave. Cinematography was done by Abhijit Abde and editing by Abhijit Deshpande. The music was composed by Saleel Kulkarni.
