Goshta Eka Paithanichi is a film about a grandfather, Daaji, who narrates a story to his grandson, Govind, about life in a slow-paced village just before Indias Independence Day in 1947. Vittidandu is a 2014 Indian Marathi-language Drama History film starring Dilip Prabhavalkar, Mrunal Thakur, Ashok Samarth, Ravindra Mankani, Yateen Karyekar, Nishant Bhavsar and Amriptal Singh. Raj Radha Movies was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ajay Devgn, Leena Deore and Pravin Patil. Vittidandu is written by Vikas Kadam and directed by Ganesh Dinkar Kadam and Ganesh Kadam. Ajay Devgn FFilms acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Vittidandu was released on 21st November 2014 and takes a screen time of 117 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Vittidandu was made on a budget of ₹2 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹9 crore. Cinematography was done by Shailesh Avasthi and editing by Jayant Jathar. The music was composed by Santosh Mulekar.
