Sri Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Mohan Babu Manchu and Mohan Babu. Vishnu is written by Gopalakrishna Paruchuri, Venkateswara Rao Paruchuri and Paruchuri Brothers and it is directed by Shaji Kailas. Vishnu was released on 1st January 2003 and takes a screen time of 180 minutes. Cinematography was done by S. Saravanan and editing by Gautham Raju. The music was composed by Ismail Darbar.
