Vimaanam

A school dropout overcomes bullying and his hearing aid, finds inspiration in the Wright brothers, and with the support of his best friend and love interest, pursues his dream of creating an aircraft, ultimately succeeding despite facing setbacks and reuniting years later to fulfill their dream of flying together. Vimaanam is a 2017 Indian Malayalam-language Drama Mystery film featuring Prithviraj Sukumaran, Durga Krishna, Alencier Ley Lopez, Sudheer Karamana, Saiju Kurup, Ashokan Ae and Sini Abraham. Magic Frames was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Listin Stephen. The motion picture is written and directed by Pradeep M. Nair. Adam s World of Imagination acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Vimaanam was released on 22nd November 2017 and takes a screen time of 147 minutes. Vimaanam was made on a budget of ₹12 crore. Cinematography was done by Shehnad Jalal and editing by Baiju Kurup. The music was composed by National Award winner Gopi Sundar.
