Victory was Produced by Manmohan Shetty and Ajitpal Mangat. Victory is written by Amin Jafarizadeh and Ajit Pal Mangat and it is directed by Ravi C. Kumar and Ajit Pal Mangat. Victory Motion Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Victory was released on 27th June 2008 and takes a screen time of 159 minutes. Victory was made on a budget of ₹19 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹1 crore. Cinematography was done by Attar Singh Saini. The music was composed by Anu Malik.
