Rajaraman, known as Vasool Raja, masquerades as a hospital owner and arranges a marriage with his childhood friend Dr. Janaki, but after his true identity is revealed, he resolves to become a doctor, defying convention to treat patients with compassion, ultimately finding success, redemption, love, and reconciliation.
