The movie is written and directed by Rajamohan and Rajamohan.r. Vanavarayan Vallavarayan was released on 11th September 2014 and takes a screen time of 136 minutes. The movie made a box office gross of ₹14 crore. Cinematography was done by M R Palanikumar and editing by Kishore Te. The music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
