A man named Thalathil Dineshan becomes increasingly insecure about his height and complexion after marrying Shobha, causing him to become paranoid and ultimately leading to his hospitalization. Vadakkunokkiyantram is a 1989 Indian Malayalam-language Comedy Drama film starring Sreenivasan, Parvathy Jayaram, Innocent Vareed Thekkethala, K.p.a.c. Lalitha, Baiju, Lalu Alex and Sukumari Bhimsingh. Kavyakala Film Unit was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Toffy Kannara and T. C. Mony. The movie is written and directed by Sreenivasan. K.R.G. Enterprises acquired the distribution rights for the film. Vadakkunokkiyantram was released on 19th May 1989 and takes a screen time of 120 minutes. Cinematography was done by Venu and editing by N. Gopalakrishnan. The music was composed by Johnson.
