After a man is killed by an unseen force in a haunted house, a family moves into the same location where their son imagines imaginary friends who are haunted ghosts, leading to a series of murders before the family destroys the haunting spirits, but the film ends with the suggestion that the son has also become a ghost. Vaastu Shastra is a 2004 Indian Hindi-language Horror Mystery film starring Sushmita Sen, Peeya Rai Chowdhary, J. D. Chakravarthy, Vicky Ahuja, J.d. Chakravarthi, Ahsaas Channa and Rajpal Yadav. Vaastu Shastra was Produced by Ram Gopal Varma. Vaastu Shastra is written by Charudutt Acharya and Charu Du Acharya and it is directed by Saurab Narang. K Sera Sera acquired the distribution rights for the film. Vaastu Shastra was released on 22nd October 2004 and takes a screen time of 106 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Vaastu Shastra was made on a budget of ₹5 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹6 crore. Cinematography was done by Sachin K. Krishn and editing by Aarif Sheikh. The music was composed by Amar Mohile.
