Ravi and his friends plan a vacation, but when a woman seeking protection stays with Ravi, all four friends fall for her and make efforts to impress her, with Janaki ultimately choosing Ravi; however, complications arise when a woman claiming to be Rajus wife in a past life shows up, and various incidents reveal the true identity of Mahalingam, leading to Ravi saving Janaki from him and eventually marrying her, while Raju marries the woman claiming to be his past-life wife and Mani marries someone named Sarasa. Venus Combines was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) C. V. Sridhar. Uthiravindri Ulle Vaa is written by Chitralaya Gopu and directed by N. C. Chakravarthi.
