Horror Mystery Thriller
A series of killings occur at Pendleton University, beginning with the murder of Michelle Mancini, leading to a chain of events involving cover-ups, confessions, and ultimately the revelation of the killers identity, resulting in a new urban legend. Urban Legend is a 1998 American English-language Horror Mystery movie featuring Jared Leto, Alicia Witt, Rebecca Gayheart, Joshua Jackson, Loretta Devine, Tara Reid and Jamie Blanks. Urban Legend was Produced by Gina Matthews, Michael Mcdonnell and Neal H. Moritz. Urban Legend is written by Silvio Horta and directed by Jamie Blanks. Sony Pictures Releasing acquired the distribution rights for the film. Urban Legend was released on 8th April 1999 and takes a screen time of 100 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Urban Legend was made on a budget of $14 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $72 million. Cinematography was done by James Chressanthis and editing by Jay Cassidy. The music was composed by Christopher Young.
