Blackbird is about a young woman named Una who seeks closure from an older man named Ray, whom she had a sexual relationship with when she was 13 and he was her fathers neighbor and friend. Una is a 2016 English-language Drama Romance film featuring Rooney Mara, Ben Mendelsohn, Riz Ahmed, Ruby Stokes, Tara Fitzgerald, Natasha Little and Altin Bodini. The movie is based on Blackbird by David Harrower. Bron Creative in association with Jean Doumanian Productions, WestEnd Films and Film4 Productions. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Maya Amsellem, Patrick Daly and Jean Doumanian. The movie is directed by Benedict Andrews. Swen acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Una was released on 5th January 2017 and takes a screen time of 94 minutes. The movie made a box office gross of $0 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by David Harrower. Cinematography was done by Thimios Bakatakis and editing by Nick Fenton.
