Muthaiah, Kottarakkara Sridharan Nair, Padmini Ramachandran and P.k. Sathyapal. Oriental Movies was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) P. K. Sathyapal. Ummini Thanka is written by Jagathi N.k. Achari and Jagathy N. K. Achari and it is directed by G. Viswanath. Oriental Movies acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture.
