Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya

A Telugu Dramedy film Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya is about a photographer Mahesh who gets beaten up by a stranger when he tries to solve an issue. Insulted by this incident Mahesh sets out to take revenge. The film stars Satyadev Kancharana and debutant Hari Chandana in the lead role with V.K. Naresh, Suhas, and Ravindra Vijay in supporting roles. The film was shot in the remote regions of Araku Valley, a hill station in the Visakhapatnam district and it was directed by Venkatesh Maha. The film was produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni of Arka Media Works and Praveena Paruchuri. The film is a remake of the popular Malayalam Maheshinte Prathikaaram (2016). The lyrics were written by Viswa and the music was composed by Bijibal. Adept cinematography by Appu Prabhakar and clear cut editing by Ravi Teja Girijala makes it a watchable movie. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this movie which was scheduled to release in theatres on 17 April 2020 is being released on Netflix on 31 July 2020.
