Udhaya

After turning down a research position, Udhayakumaran becomes a lecturer, falls in love with Vasanthi, finds work as a reporter, gets unintentionally involved with a group responsible for his friends death, sympathizes with their cause and unknowingly develops a bomb for them, but ultimately exposes their true intentions, saves school children from a planned bombing, defeats their leader, and is later released and reunited with Vasanthi.
