After the death of Raja Sahib, his grandchild and their mother must claim his wealth before a specific date or else it will go to Raja Sahibs nephew, Ranjeet, who plots to kill the child; however, the child ends up under the protection of Sunil, a Navy officer, with Anuradha, the childs aunt, as the nanny, and after facing various obstacles, they manage to rescue the child from Ranjeet and reunite them with their mother.
