Olivia and her friend Markie are tricked into playing a supernatural version of truth or dare where they must complete daring tasks or face death, and they uncover the truth behind a demon named Calux and try to find a way to survive by involving more players. Truth or Dare is a 2018 American English-language Horror Thriller movie featuring Lucy Hale, Tyler Posey, Violett Beane, Hayden Szeto, Landon Liboiron, Sophia Ali and Collin Reisenauer. Blumhouse Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Jason Blum. Truth or Dare is written by Christopher Roach and Jeff Wadlow and it is directed by Jeff Wadlow. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Truth or Dare was released on 20th April 2018 and takes a screen time of 100 minutes. Truth or Dare was made on a budget of $3 million and at the box office it grossed only $2 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Michael Reisz, Jillian Jacobs, Chris Roach and Jeff Wadlow. Cinematography was done by Jacques Jouffret and editing by Sean Albertson. The music was composed by Matthew Margeson.
