Triple 9

A criminal crew, comprised of former Navy SEALs, is coerced into robbing a bank for a mafia bosss wife, leading to a series of violent events including a heist, a shootout, and ultimately, betrayal and uncertainty. Triple 9 is a 2016 American English-language Action Crime film featuring Casey Affleck, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Anthony Mackie, Aaron Paul, Clifton Collins Jr., Norman Reedus and Blake Paris. Worldview Entertainment in association with Sierra Pictures, Anonymous Content, MadRiver Pictures and SureFire Capital. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Keith Redmon, Bard Dorros, Marc Butan, Anthony Katagas, Christopher Woodrow and John Hillcoat. Triple 9 is written by Matt Cook and directed by John Hillcoat. Open Road Films acquired the distribution rights for the film. Triple 9 was released on 17th March 2016 and takes a screen time of 116 minutes. Triple 9 was made on a budget of $20 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $23 million. Cinematography was done by Nicolas Karakatsanis and editing by Dylan Tichenor. The music was composed by Academy Award Oscar winner Atticus Ross along with Claudia Sarne, Leopold Ross and Bobby Krlic.
