During an art auction, a man named Simon hides a painting to protect it, but loses his memory of its location, leading him to enlist the help of a hypnotherapist named Elizabeth, who eventually manipulates him and reveals her hidden motives. Trance is a 2013 English-language Crime Drama movie starring James Mcavoy, Vincent Cassel, Rosario Dawson, Danny Sapani, Matt Cross, Wahab Sheikh and Caroline Garnell. Trance was Produced by Christian Colson. Trance is written by Joe Ahearne and John Hodge and it is directed by Danny Boyle. 20th Century Fox acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Trance was released on 1st May 2013 and takes a screen time of 101 minutes. Trance was made on a budget of $20 million and at the box office it grossed only $0 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Joe Ahearne and John Hodge. Cinematography was done by Anthony Dod Mantle and editing by Jon Harris. The music was composed by Rick Smith.
