Tigertail

Pin-Jui, a young boy from a poor family, meets Yuan Lee, a girl from a wealthy family, and they have a romantic relationship but are separated due to their economic differences; later on, Pin-Jui is convinced to marry his bosss daughter and move to America, where he struggles to connect with his wife and their strained relationship affects their daughter Angela, until Angela learns about her fathers past and encourages him to open up by taking her to Taiwan to share his life story. Tigertail is a 2020 American English-language Drama motion picture starring Tzi Ma, Christine Ko, Hayden Szeto, Lee Hong-chi, Kunjue Li, Fiona Fu and Nicole Izanec. MACRO was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Charles King, Kim Roth, Poppy Hanks and Alan Yang. The motion picture is written and directed by Alan Yang. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Tigertail was released on 10th April 2020 and takes a screen time of 91 minutes. Cinematography was done by Nigel Bluck and editing by Daniel Haworth. The music was composed by Michael Brook.
