Thithi is a comedic drama set in a remote village in Karnataka, India, focusing on three generations of sons different reactions following the death of the cantankerous 101-year-old man, Century Gowda, and leading up to their final funeral celebration 11 days later. Thithi is a 2015 Indian Kannada-language Drama Comedy film starring Thammegowda S., Channegowda, Abhishek H. N., Pooja S.m., Channe Gowda, Abhishek H.n. and Singri Gowda. Prspctvs Productions in association with Maxmedia. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Pratap Reddy and Sunmin Park. Thithi is written by Eregowda and Raam Reddy and it is directed by Raam Reddy. Thithi was released on 13th March 2017 and takes a screen time of 120 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by Eregowda and Raam Reddy. Cinematography was done by Doron Tempert and editing by John Zimmerman and Raam Reddy At the 2016 National Film Awards It won an award for Best Feature Film in Kannada.
