The Body is a 2019 Indian Hindi-language Comedy Thriller movie featuring Emraan Hashmi, Vedhika, Rishi Kapoor, Sobhita Dhulipala, Vedhicka Kumar, Kevin Singh and Meenakshi Anoop. Azure Entertainment in association with Viacom18 Motion Pictures. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Viacom18 Motion Pictures and Sunir Kheterpal. The Body is written by Oriol Paulo and directed by Jeethu Joseph. First Copy Work acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. The Body was released on 13th December 2019. The Body was made on a budget of ₹19 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹3 crore. Cinematography was done by Satheesh Kurup and editing by Ayoob Khan. The music was composed by Arko Pravo Mukherjee along with Shamir Tandon, Tanishk Bagchi and Clinton Cerejo.
