A traveler from Krakozhia is stuck at JFK Airport after a coup détat in his country, forming friendships while trying to leave, wooing a United Airlines flight attendant, and facing obstacles from an airport official obsessed with getting rid of him. He ultimately escapes and fulfills his mission before leaving New York to go back home. The Terminal is a 2004 American English-language Comedy Drama film starring Tom Hanks, Catherine Zeta-jones, Stanley Tucci, Chi Mcbride, Diego Luna, Zoe Saldana and Kevin Prior. Amblin Entertainment in association with Parkes/MacDonald Productions. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Laurie Macdonald, Walter F. Parkes and Steven Spielberg. The Terminal is written by Andrew Niccol, Sacha Gervasi and Jeff Nathanson and it is directed by Steven Spielberg. DreamWorks Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. The Terminal was released on 3rd September 2004 and takes a screen time of 128 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. The Terminal was made on a budget of $60 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $219 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Sacha Gervasi and Jeff Nathanson. Cinematography was done by Janusz Kami ski and editing by Michael Kahn. The music was composed by Academy Award Oscar winner John Williams.
