A couple in a tension-filled relationship find themselves in James childhood summer home when they are terrorized by masked intruders, leading to a tragic accident and a brutal attack, before being discovered by two boys who eventually call the police. The Strangers is a 2008 American English-language Horror Mystery film featuring Liv Tyler, Scott Speedman, Glenn Howerton, Gemma Ward, Laura Margolis, Kip Weeks and Shawn Mcclellan. Vertigo Entertainment in association with Mandate Pictures and Intrepid Pictures. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Doug Davison, Roy Lee and Nathan Kahane. The movie is written and directed by Bryan Bertino. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. The Strangers was released on 3rd July 2008 and takes a screen time of 85 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. The Strangers was made on a budget of $9 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $82 million. Cinematography was done by Peter Sova and editing by Kevin Greutert. The music was composed by Tomandandy.
