Hunt Stromberg Productions in association with Mars Film Corporation. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Jack Chertok and Eugen Sch Fftan. The Strange Woman is written by Hunt Stromberg and Edgar G. Ulmer and it is directed by Edgar G. Ulmer. United Artists acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture.
