After a fall from grace due to substance abuse and a scandal, a former comedic star retreats to her mansion, confronts personal and legal struggles, and ultimately faces betrayal from a former stand-in who exploits her identity for success, while she and her pen pal find peace and a new beginning. The Stand In is a 2020 American English-language Comedy Drama film starring Drew Barrymore, Michael Zegen, T.j. Miller, Holland Taylor, Michelle Buteau, Teddy Coluca and Ryan Seacrest. The Stand In was Produced by Tom Mcnulty, Chris Miller, Ember Trusedell, Caddy Vanasirkul and Brian O shea. The Stand In is written by Sam Bain and directed by Jamie Babbit. Saban Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. The motion picture has a running time of 101 minutes. The movie made a box office gross of $0 million. Cinematography was done by Eric Moynier and editing by Patrick Colman. The music was composed by Daniel Wohl.
