A young girl named Chinis life in the idyllic region of Konkan takes a dark turn when a family member she once loved transforms into someone she deeply abhors, exploring the lasting impacts and themes of betrayal, resilience, and personal relationships. The Silence is a 2017 Indian Hindi-language Drama movie starring Nagraj Manjule, Raghubir Yadav, Anjali Patil, Mugdha Chaphekar, Mihiresh Joshi, Kadambari Kadam and Kadambari Desai. SMR FILMS was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Indian Ocean, Navneet Hullad Moradabadi, Arun Tyagi, Ashwini Sidwani and Arpan Bhukhanwala. The movie is written and directed by Gajendra Ahire. The Silence was released on 23rd May 2019 and takes a screen time of 90 minutes. The movie made a box office gross of $2 million. Cinematography was done by Krishna Soren and editing by Mayur Hardas. The music was composed by Indian Ocean.
