The Shaukeens is written by Sai Kabir and Tigmanshu Dhulia and it is directed by Abhishek Sharma. AA Films acquired the distribution rights for the movie. The Shaukeens was released on 6th November 2014 and takes a screen time of 117 minutes. The Shaukeens was made on a budget of ₹41 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹18 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Tigmanshu Dhulia. Cinematography was done by Amalendu Chaudhary and editing by Rameshwar S. Bhagat.
