The Second Woman is a 1950 American English-language Drama Film-Noir motion picture featuring Robert Young, Betsy Drake, John Sutton, Florence Bates, Morris Carnovsky, Henry O neill and Bert Stevens. Harry Popkin Productions in association with Cardinal Pictures. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Mort Briskin and Robert Smith. The movie is directed by James V. Kern. United Artists acquired the distribution rights for the film. The Second Woman was released on 6th July 1950 and takes a screen time of 91 minutes. The Second Woman was made on a budget of $40 million and at the box office it grossed only $11 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Mort Briskin and Robert Smith. Cinematography was done by Hal Mohr and editing by Walter A. Thompson. The music was composed by Joseph Nussbaum.
