WWF Entertainment in association with Alphaville Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Sean Daniel, James Jacks, Vince Mcmahon, Kevin Misher and Stephen Sommers. The Scorpion King is written by Stephen Sommers, Jonathan Hales, William Osborne and David Hayter and it is directed by Chuck Russell. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. The Scorpion King was released on 19th July 2002 and takes a screen time of 92 minutes. The Scorpion King was made on a budget of $260 million and at the box office it grossed only $2 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Stephen Sommers, William Osborne and David Hayter. Cinematography was done by John R. Leonetti and editing by Greg Parsons and Michael Tronick. The music was composed by John Debney.
