Two swindlers get their hands on a map to the fabled city of gold, El Dorado. The Road to El Dorado is a 2000 American English-language Animation Adventure movie featuring Kevin Kline, Kenneth Branagh, Rosie Perez, Armand Assante, Edward James Olmos, Jim Cummings and Elton John. DreamWorks Animation was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Brook Breton and Bonne Radford. The Road to El Dorado is written by Terry Rossio, Ted Elliott and Karey Kirkpatrick and it is directed by Bibo Bergeron, Don Paul and Jeffrey Katzenberg. DreamWorks Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. The Road to El Dorado was released on 31st March 2000 and takes a screen time of 89 minutes. The Road to El Dorado was made on a budget of $95 million and at the box office it grossed only $76 million. Editing was done by John Carnochan, Dan Molina, Vicki Hiatt and Lynne Sutherland. The music was composed by Hans Zimmer along with John Powell.
