A couple and their son go on a rafting trip where they encounter friendly rafters, but soon realize they are actually criminals, leading to a dangerous confrontation and their eventual rescue by rangers. Turman-Foster Company was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) David Foster and Lawrence Turman. The River Wild is written by Denis O neill and directed by Curtis Hanson. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. The River Wild was released on 1st August 2023 and takes a screen time of 111 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of $94 million.
