A journalist, driven by the deaths of four teenagers, watches a mysterious videotape linked to a deadly curse and frantically investigates its origins to uncover a dark supernatural force before she succumbs to its lethal effects. The Ring is a 2002 English-language Horror Mystery movie featuring Naomi Watts, Martin Henderson, David Dorfman, Brian Cox, Jane Alexander, Lindsay Frost and Robert Gatewood. The Ring is written by Ehren Kruger, Kôji Suzuki and Hiroshi Takahashi and it is directed by Gore Verbinski.
