After losing her family in a plane crash, Stephanie Patrick becomes involved in investigating the crash and taking down the terrorists responsible, but is ultimately betrayed by those she thought she could trust and must go into hiding to protect herself. The Rhythm Section is a 2020 English-language Action Drama film starring Blake Lively, Jude Law, Sterling K. Brown, Max Casella, Raza Jaffrey, Daniel Mays and Aisling Goodwin. The movie is based on The Rhythm Section by Mark Burnell. Eon Productions in association with Global Road Entertainment, Ingenious and Danjaq LLC. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson. The Rhythm Section is written by Mark Burnell and directed by Reed Morano. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. The Rhythm Section was released on 31st January 2020 and takes a screen time of 109 minutes. The Rhythm Section was made on a budget of $50 million and at the box office it grossed only $5 million. Cinematography was done by Sean Bobbitt and editing by Joan Sobel. The music was composed by Steve Mazzaro.
