An Ethiopian Jew and a Mossad agent work together to rescue Jewish-Ethiopian refugees by using an abandoned resort in Sudan as a cover, but their plan becomes jeopardized when a suspicious Sudanese colonel starts investigating, resulting in their arrest, a compromised mission, and a risky escape with the help of a CIA officer.
