A family moves to a remote home and experiences frightening occurrences, discovering that their hired farmhand is actually the killer who murdered the previous family. The Messengers is a 2007 American English-language Horror Mystery film featuring Kristen Stewart, Dylan Mcdermott, Penelope Ann Miller, John Corbett, Evan Turner, Theodore Turner and Robert Benz. Columbia Pictures in association with Screen Gems and Ghost House Pictures. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Sam Raimi, Robert Tapert, William Sherak and Jason Shuman. The movie is directed by Pang Brothers. Sony Pictures Releasing acquired the distribution rights for the film. The Messengers was released on 15th March 2007 and takes a screen time of 90 minutes. The Messengers was made on a budget of $6 million and at the box office it grossed only $0 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Mark Wheaton. Cinematography was done by David Geddes and editing by John Axelrad and Armen Minasian. The music was composed by Joseph Loduca.
