The Master

A traumatized World War II Navy veteran named Freddie Quell struggles with his behavior in post-war society and finds temporary refuge with Lancaster Dodd, leader of a philosophical movement, but their relationship becomes strained and Freddie eventually leaves to find solace elsewhere. The motion picture is written and directed by Paul Thomas Anderson. The Weinstein Company acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture.
