Jiraiya, the rightful heir to the Oumi Kingdom, is saved by soldiers and raised by an old hermit who teaches him the art of ninjutsu and toad magic, and later returns as a young man to seek revenge against his enemies while befriending and helping those who are oppressed. The Magic Serpent is a 1966 Japanese English-language movie starring Hiroki Matsukata, Ry Tar Tomo and Nobuo Kaneko. Toei was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Shigeru Okawa. The movie is directed by Tetsuya Yamanochi. Toei acquired the distribution rights for the film.
