The Love Guru

Pitka, an American raised outside of his country by gurus, returns to the States in order to break into the self-help business. His first challenge is to settle the romantic troubles and subsequent professional skid of a star hockey player whose wife left him for a rival athlete. The Love Guru is a 2008 American English-language Comedy Romance movie starring Mike Myers, Jessica Alba, Justin Timberlake, Romany Malco, Meagan Good, Omid Djalili and Keith P. Scott. Spyglass Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Gary Barber, Michael De Luca and Mike Myers. The Love Guru is written by Mike Myers and Graham Gordy and it is directed by Marco Schnabel. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. The Love Guru was released on 7th August 2008 and takes a screen time of 87 minutes. The Love Guru was made on a budget of $62 million and at the box office it grossed only $40 million. Cinematography was done by Peter Deming and editing by Billy Weber and Lee Haxall. The music was composed by George S. Clinton along with Malcolm Kirby Jr.
