The movie is based on Our Gang by Hal Roach. Amblin Entertainment in association with KingWorld Filmed Entertainment. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Bill Oakes, Michael King and Gerald R. Molen. The movie is directed by Penelope Spheeris. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. The Little Rascals was released on 5th August 1994 and takes a screen time of 82 minutes. The film made a box office gross of $67 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Paul Guay, Stephen Mazur and Penelope Spheeris. Cinematography was done by Richard Bowen and editing by Ross Albert and Peter Teschner.
